- Enable captive portals for customers on existing networks
- Efficiently troubleshoot customer issues with empathy
- Collaborate with the product team to address bugs and implement features
- Proactively engage with customers to provide timely support through platform monitoring
- Enhance support documentation for improved customer service
đŒ Skills We're Seeking:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Customer-centric approach with strong empathy
- Support experience, preferably in an MSP or router vendor environment
- Solid understanding of WiFi and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in Linux (a plus)
- Hands-on experience with WiFi solutions like UniFi, Mikrotik, Meraki, Aruba, or Ruckus
- Bonus if you're familiar with Captive Portals
